HOSPITALITY CONTENT PARTNER · UGC PHOTOGRAPHY · VIDEO · EDITORIAL

Intentional Travel.
Exceptional Hospitality.

The Passport Project is an independent travel and hospitality platform creating photography, video and editorial content for hotels, destinations and travel brands—backed by more than 15 years of professional hospitality experience.

HOW WE PARTNER

Tell the Story. Deliver the Promise. Earn the Trust.

Every partnership is developed specifically for the brand, the audience and the experience, not a generic content package.

01

Visual Storytelling

Photography, video and editorial content created through a hospitality and guest-service lens to communicate the atmosphere, details and experiences that distinguish a property or destination.

02

Destination and Tourism Campaigns

Destination storytelling that connects accommodations, food, culture and local character into a compelling reason to visit.

03

Hotel and Guest-Experience Evaluations

Independent, structured assessment of the guest journey, service delivery, operational touchpoints and the experience delivered relative to the brand’s promises.

The Stay

Hotels and resorts considered not only for their design, but for the quality, consistency and thought behind the guest experience.

The Taste

Restaurants, bars and culinary experiences examined through the lens of hospitality, craft, service, value and sense of place.

The Experience

Destinations and experiences that offer more than a beautiful backdrop: connection, restoration, discovery and a compelling reason to remember the journey.

THE PASSPORT STORY

Building the travel resource I wanted to find.

I created The Passport Project for travelers who want beautiful experiences without being distracted by beautiful marketing.

The Passport Project brings that professional perspective to travel storytelling, evaluation and consulting. Helping travelers make more intentional choices and hospitality brands communicate and deliver what makes them worth the journey.

After more than 15 years inside hospitality, I have learned to notice the details that determine whether an experience merely looks exceptional or genuinely feels that way: the welcome, the timing, the service recovery, the food, the flow and the care behind it all.

The result is a perspective that understands both what guests encounter and what teams must do to deliver consistently.
